ICC TO HOLD LOCAL RALLY Protest at intersection of Port Watson and Main Streets (CORTLAND, NY) on April 5 at 11 a.m. as part of a National Day of Action planned by organizations including Indivisible, Hands Off! and 50501. The theme is “Hands Off” in order to call attention to this administration’s blatant attempts to gain control of processes and systems critical to our democracy, future and rights
